Thank you for forwarding me the comments written by the Dr. Savitha regarding the manuscript. Well, am satisfied with the clarifications provided by the author. However, my first query regarding the osseous defect still remains unanswered. ("Initially, the author describes the maxillary lateral incisor associated with iatrogenic apical third perforation as a one-walled osseous defect. On surgical reflection of a full thickness flap, it revealed a complete loss of buccal cortical plate and an intact palatal plate of bone. The pre-operative radiograph Figure 1 and surgical photograph Figure 2 reveals bone on mesial aspect of left lateral incisor still persistent.)
It will be highly appreciable if the author could clarify this query too. Such cases provide beneficial information for the esteemed readers of SEJ.
Thank you very much sir.
