Erratum: Root canal treatment of mandibular second premolar with four root canals

In the article, "Root canal treatment of mandibular second premolar with four root canals", which appeared in the pages 196-198, Issue 3, Vol 5 of Saudi Endodontic Journal [1] , the name of the third author and the affiliation is missing. The name of the author is "Suha Al-judaibi" and the affiliation is "Lecturer, Preventive Dental Sciences, Princess Nora bint Abdul Rahman University, College of Dentistry, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.".
The correct running head of the article should read as "Al-Abdulwahhab et al.: Mandibular second premolar with four root canals".
The correct "How to cite this article" section should read as "Al-Abdulwahhab B, Al-Nazhan S, Al-judaibi S. Root canal treatment of mandibular second premolar with four root canals. Saudi Endod J 2015; 5:196-8."
These have now been corrected and reposted online.
